Event Procedures:

45 Question Multiple Choice Test - From last 5 years National Tests. Questions will come from questions provided under the Past National Test tab.
Presentation - Main Motion with 5 additional parliamentary abilities will be provided.
Each member must also present once additional parliamentary ability. (Note the addition of Point of Information to the list of possible motions.)
Questions -
Each member is asked 1-2 questions pertaining to their required parliamentary ability. Chairman and Secretary may also be asked questions regarding Minutes and Main Motions(Chairman only). Click here for Shane Dunbar's updated website.
Clarification Questions - The team is asked 5 minutes of clarification questions and all members may answer
Minutes will NOT be recorded.
Time limit of 11:00 minutes without penalties.
Research Portion - Only done in the final round.
Students will have 5 statements to research in the newest edition of Roberts Rules of Order.
Students will be required to list the page number and which line the statement begins and ends on.
